Combine lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, hot sauce, honey and olive oil in a small bowl. Thread the shrimp on skewers and lay them flat in a shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the shrimp and marinate in refrigerator for about an hour, turning once or twice. Grill shrimp kabobs on an uncovered grill over medium heat for 10 minutes or until pink, turning and basting frequently with remaining marinade.

Mix all ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Let sit one hour in refrigerator before serving.

Sauté onion in 2 T olive oil for 4 minutes, or until translucent. Add garlic, cayenne and black pepper, and stir well. Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, tomatoes, sugar, broth and cheese. Simmer over low heat for approximately one hour, stirring frequently until thick sauce forms. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions. Just before serving, add shrimp to sauce to warm through. Pour sauce and shrimp over pasta, and serve immediately. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
